RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or refunds once the item has been in your possession. We recommend reading all sizing information.

SHIPPING
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. After an order is placed, if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.


LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package says "DELIVERED" but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office or UPS to see if your package is being held. In most cases, the carrier has marked your package delivered too early and it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all of the information we have to help you locate your package, including: tracking number, ship date and last known location.

Swimaholic will NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.

Swimaholic is NOT responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances:
- held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
- shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
- shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
